Dear Customer,
we wish to inform you that the rules established by the Italian Government to contain Coronavirus do not include any stop to production activities nor to the movement of goods. At present no significant issues are expected in relation to the delivery of our products. Since the beginning of this emergency, Opto Engineering has been taking all necessary measures to ensure the safety of its workers as well as uninterrupted production and delivery of all orders. Should the situation change, you will be promptly informed.

CROSS-BORDER WORKERS
Restrictions put into effect today do not affect those who must travel for well grounded work-related reasons, unless they are subject to quarantine measures or tested positive for COVID-19. Cross-border workers may enter and exit their area of residence to reach their workplace and go back to their home. Cross-border workers may provide evidence of their reason for entering and exiting their area of residence by any means, including a personal statement to be given to the police, when asked to do so.
TRANSPORTING GOODS
Goods may enter and exit the areas mentioned in today’s decree. Transporting goods is considered as a well-grounded work-related reason for moving: carriers may therefore enter and exit as well as move within the affected areas, but only for delivery and/or collection purposes.

desideriamo informarla che le disposizioni del Governo Italiano per contenere il Coronavirus non contemplano alcun blocco alle attività produttive o alla circolazione delle merci.
Allo stato attuale non sono noti problemi significativi in relazione alla consegna dei nostri prodotti.
Dall’inizio di questa emergenza, Opto Engineering, sta adottando tutte le misure necessarie per la sicurezza dei propri lavoratori e per garantire il ciclo continuo della produzione e della consegna di tutti gli ordini. Sarà nostra premura informarla qualora la situazione dovesse mutare.

Nota esplicativa al DPCM 8 marzo 2020

Con riferimento al Decreto del Presidente del Consiglio dei Ministri dell’8 marzo 2020, si precisa quanto segue:
TRANSFRONTALIERI
Le limitazioni introdotte oggi non vietano gli spostamenti per comprovati motivi di lavoro. Salvo che siano soggetti a quarantena o che siano risultati positivi al virus, i transfrontalieri potranno quindi entrare e uscire dai territori interessati per raggiungere il posto di lavoro e tornare a casa. Gli interessati potranno comprovare il motivo lavorativo dello spostamento con qualsiasi mezzo, inclusa una dichiarazione che potrà essere resa alle forze di polizia in caso di eventuali controlli.
MERCI
Le merci possono entrare ed uscire dai territori interessati. Il trasporto delle merci è considerato come un’esigenza lavorativa: il personale che conduce i mezzi di trasporto può quindi entrare e uscire dai territori interessati e spostarsi all’interno degli stessi, limitatamente alle esigenze di consegna o prelievo delle merci.
